If you have information or records about the Sunshine Coast Regional District, you can share them with us. We review tips about conflicts of interest, collusion, negligence, permits, contracts, or how residents have been treated by the district.

What You Can Send Us

• Unreported conflicts of interest involving regional district directors, staff, or advisors.
• Evidence of collusion or secret agreements behind municipal and regional planning decisions.
• Examples of administrative negligence, ignored warnings, or failures in district oversight.
• Records regarding permits, variances, property developments, or district contracts.
• Information on how you or your community were treated by regional district officials.

How to Send Your Tip

Email your information to tips@scrdfiles.ca. If you have supporting documents, please attach them to your message. Useful records include official meeting minutes, letters, emails, building or development permits, and photographs.

What We Do With Tips

• We read every message sent to us and review all provided information carefully.
• We only publish facts that are clearly proven by an official document or record.
• We never publish your name or any identifying information unless you explicitly ask us to do so.
• If a tip cannot be verified by a primary document, it remains private and will not be published.
